Ordering policy

• You can only pay using UPI Apps like phonepe, googlepay, and paytm.
• After you pay, Wait for the confirmation on the website.
• You cannot cancel your order once you’ve paid. We’ll only give you a refund in certain situations.
• Before you order, check how long it takes to make each product. If you don’t give us enough time as mentioned on the product page, we can’t deliver it. So, read the rules for each product before you order. You can change the delivery date, but you can’t cancel the order. If a product is unavailable, we will send you something of equal value. The weights are approximate and might be different.

  The cake picture you see will look about 85% like the real cake in color and shape because they are handmade. Our skilled chefs make all our cakes by hand, so each one might look a bit different from the picture on the website.”

Getting Your Cake Delivered

• We only deliver cakes in the Ernakulam district, area up to 10km radius from Thoppumpady.
• Delivery is free if you live in these area codes: 682001, 682002, 682005, 682507.
• For other areas, we charge Rs 15 for every km from Thoppumpady.
• It will take at least 2 hours to get your cake after you order, because we make them fresh.
• If you order a lot of cakes, it may take even longer. We’ll let you know if that’s the case.

  Refunds

  We are very careful when delivering, but some damage can happen.
  Cakes can’t be returned because they spoil and are made just for you. We can’t give refunds if the address is wrong, the person isn’t there to get the cake, or other things we can’t control.

Shipping policy

We are careful when we send your cakes, but they can still get damaged in city traffic. We use special vehicles and tools, but please know that damage can still happen. We can’t give refunds if the cake gets damaged during shipping.

Our Cakes

• We make each cake after you order it, so it’s fresh and yummy!
• We have cakes for people who can’t have gluten, eggs, or sugar.
• If you want a special theme cake, email us and we’ll help you.

• Give us the right address and make sure someone is home to get the cake.
